Absolutely stunning lamps — exactly what I was looking for. They have that beautiful boutique hotel feel and are the perfect finishing touch for my Japandi-style bedroom. They instantly elevate the room and look far more expensive than they are.

The customer service was beyond brilliant. Despite being exceptionally well packaged, one of the lampshades arrived damaged in transit. The issue was dealt with immediately, with a replacement shade sent out straight away. There was absolutely no stress or inconvenience for me — everything was arranged, including collection of the damaged item directly from my door.

The personalisation section works brilliantly. I coul explore different designs. The preview is great so I can put the text and imagery where I wanted it and when it arrived it was exactly as I had designed. Really impressive - thank you!
