This Shipping Policy outlines how Byard’s Boutique processes and delivers orders.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) are usually processed the same working day. Orders placed after this time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

Dispatch times may vary during busy periods, sales, or promotional events.


Delivery Services & Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

  • Next Day Delivery: Next working day for orders placed before 2pm (GMT)

Europe

  • Standard Delivery: 2–11 working days

USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand

  • Standard Delivery: 3–17 working days

Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.


Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are based on destination, order value, and weight.

United Kingdom

  • £4.95 standard delivery on orders under £40

  • Free standard delivery on orders over £40

  • £8.95 next day delivery (orders placed before 2pm GMT)

Europe

  • £14.99 on orders up to £130

  • £22.00 on orders over £130

USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand

  • £25.00 up to 2kg

  • £50.00 up to 5kg

  • £75.00 up to 20kg


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside the UK, import duties, local taxes, and customs charges may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Byard’s Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for any additional charges incurred.


Packaging

Orders are packed with care to ensure safe delivery. Packaging is kept as minimal as possible and uses recyclable or reusable materials where appropriate.

To reduce waste, we may reuse protective packaging received from our suppliers — such as bubble wrap — when shipping fragile items.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.

Byard’s Boutique cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs incurred as a result may be charged to the customer.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the delivery carrier.

While we will always assist where possible, Byard’s Boutique cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
