The Living Edit / Notes
Let the fragrance be personal
Fragrance is a preference, not a test of taste. Start with notes you already enjoy and read how the maker describes the particular candle. A scent you love in one room may feel different beside a meal or in a much smaller space. Choose with the setting in mind, and avoid combining several unfamiliar fragrances at once. The candle should suit the person using it, whether that is you or someone receiving it as a gift.
