Our Handmade Linen Christmas Stockings are created with exactly that tradition in mind.

Individually cut, sewn and finished by hand in our Derbyshire studio, each stocking is made from beautiful natural linen, with a contrasting linen cuff and a matching hanging loop. Inside, the entire stocking is lined with natural and green striped linen — a lovely detail that makes each one feel just as special on the inside as it looks on the outside.

We've chosen linen for its distinctive texture, natural character and enduring appeal.

Each stocking has a generous, softly rounded foot, a substantial folded cuff and a complementary hanging loop. The simple, traditional shape is finished in one of six colour combinations, bringing together Deep Red, Classic Green and Natural Linen.

There's no glitter, synthetic fur or seasonal novelty fabric. Just beautiful linen, timeless Christmas colours and careful craftsmanship.

Choose to keep your stocking beautifully plain or add a personalised leather name patch.

Our leather is sourced from a local trader in Matlock, Derbyshire, before being laser engraved in our own studio with your chosen name. Each leather patch is carefully stitched and fitted with a discreet Velcro fastening, allowing it to be securely attached to the stocking cuff while remaining completely removable.

It's a small detail that makes a lasting difference.

Simply remove the leather patch when your stocking needs cleaning, helping to protect the leather while caring for the linen.

And because the patch can be changed, your stocking can grow and adapt with your family. You might wish to update a name, pass a stocking on to another family member or introduce a new set of matching name patches in years to come — all without replacing the beautifully handmade stocking itself.

It's another reason these stockings are made to be treasured, rather than replaced.

You can also choose whether you'd like the stocking foot to point left or right, making it easy to create a complementary arrangement of stockings for the whole family.

A Little Note About Handmade

Each stocking is individually made by hand. Small variations in stitching, shape and the natural weave of the linen are part of its character and make every piece subtly unique.

The leather is a natural material too, so slight differences in tone and grain are to be expected.

For cleaning, carefully detach the leather name patch before caring for the linen stocking. Always follow the recommended fabric care instructions, and avoid washing or soaking the leather.
