Caring for your wooden board

Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Clean promptly after use; do not soak, leave standing in water or place in the dishwasher. Keep away from direct heat. Apply a food-safe chopping-board oil when the wood begins to look dry, following the oil manufacturer’s instructions.
