New keys, bare windowsills and the first plant in a new home belong rather nicely together. This personalised 8cm terracotta plant pot turns that first plant into a useful keepsake, permanently engraved with wording chosen for its recipient.

At 8cm high, this is the largest of our miniature terracotta pots. Its wider engraving area accommodates a prominent name, a simple motif or several short lines without the design feeling cramped.

Use it for messages such as New Home, New Roots, a family name and moving date, or wording for birthdays and gardeners. Once planted, it fits neatly on a kitchen windowsill, desk, shelf or bedside table.

The design is engraved directly into the terracotta. There are no stickers or vinyl letters to lift, fade or peel away.

Natural terracotta is porous, allowing moisture to pass through the clay. A drainage hole in the base lets excess water escape, making this a proper little growing pot rather than merely a decorative cover.

Each sourced pot is personalised in-house in Derbyshire. Differences in clay colour, grain and surface texture give every finished pot its own character.
