Description
Description
Woodland detail for an everyday essential.
A cluster of engraved mushrooms gives this handmade oak doorstop a woodland character of its own. The illustration appears on both sides of the wedge, bringing a small decorative detail to a practical part of your home.
Made in Derbyshire from seasoned oak, it combines natural wood grain with a brown leather loop secured by domed metal fixings. The tapered wedge slides beneath a suitable door to help hold it open, and the leather handle makes it straightforward to lift and reposition.
Its compact shape fits neatly into a country kitchen, bedroom or home office, complementing natural materials and earthy colours. For someone who enjoys woodland walks, mushroom illustrations or handmade homewares, it makes a thoughtful little housewarming gift with an everyday use.
Why You’ll Love It
- A woodland touch: the mushroom illustration adds interest to an often-overlooked household essential.
- Decoration on both sides: the engraved design can be seen from either side of the wedge.
- Convenient leather handle: a useful loop for picking up and moving the doorstop.
- Handmade in Derbyshire: seasoned oak gives each piece its own natural grain and colour.
