Description

Let a little bird settle among the Christmas greenery. This handmade terracotta bird Christmas tree decoration has layered feather detail picked out in whitewash, with the natural warmth of the clay beneath.

Its flat shape sits neatly against the branches, while the ready-tied jute loop makes decorating straightforward. Pair it with simple foliage and warm lights for a natural festive look, or give it to someone who enjoys watching the garden birds.

Beautiful designs

Bought 3 designs, love them all! Almost seems a shame to use them as wrapping paper haha

More than a beautiful product - a truly beautiful experience

★★★★★
There are businesses that sell beautiful things, and then there are businesses that make you feel that what you have chosen truly matters.
Byard’s Boutique is undoubtedly the latter.
From my very first communication, I was met with exceptional kindness, patience and professionalism. Every detail of my personalised order was listened to, understood and treated with genuine care. Even the smallest amendments were handled with incredible attention, and I always felt that my wishes were in safe hands.
A very special thank you to Jessica, who has been absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. Her warmth, patience and attention to detail made communicating with her an absolute pleasure.
And my heartfelt thanks to the entire team behind the scenes - everyone who engraved, checked, prepared and carefully brought my order to life. Your work may happen behind the scenes, but the care you put into it is felt by the customer.
For you, this may have been one order among many. For us, it is something that will become part of a very special moment in our lives. It carries our names and a date that will always hold a very special place in our hearts.
Years from now, when we look at it, we will not simply see a beautiful piece. We will see a memory.
And I will also remember the wonderful people who helped create it.
Thank you, Byard’s Boutique, for reminding me that exceptional customer service is not simply about getting things right. It is about making someone feel heard, valued and cared for.
You did all three - beautifully.
With sincere gratitude and the highest possible recommendation. ❤️
