Caring for your wooden board

Wash by hand with mild washing-up liquid, rinse briefly and dry thoroughly after use. Do not soak, leave standing in water or place in the dishwasher. Keep away from direct heat. Apply a food-safe chopping-board oil when the wood begins to look dry, following the oil manufacturer’s instructions.
