Turquoise velvet covers open to reveal a sculptural circle of light, with geometric shapes scattered across the pleated Tyvek shade. This Velvet Accordion Lamp by Gingko Design pairs a soft, tactile finish with Hello Monkey’s lively pattern of blocks, curves and fine lines.
Small enough to move around the home, it brings a bright detail to a bedside table, bookshelf or desk. The patterned folds are appealing in daylight; after dark, the light brings out their layered shape and colour.
A lamp that changes shape
Open the covers to switch on the LEDs and close them to switch off. Close and reopen to choose warm or cool white light. Magnetic covers join to create a full circle, or the lamp can be opened into a fan. The matching magnetic velvet lanyard gives you another display option.

Care and use
Open and close gently, supporting the covers rather than pulling the pleats. Dust carefully with a soft, dry cloth. The Tyvek folds are tear-resistant and water-resistant, but the complete lamp is not waterproof. Keep the velvet and electrical parts dry and use indoors. Fold closed before storing or carrying.
