Description
This little rabbit has found a rather useful place to carry a candle. The handmade terracotta figure has a recessed tealight holder formed into its back, bringing together a small decorative ornament and a softly glowing candle holder.
The rabbit's long ears, round eye and curved body are picked out by a traditional whitewashed finish. A raised leaf-and-berry pattern runs along the side, adding detail without making the piece feel overly fussy.
Compact enough for a shelf, mantelpiece or table, it works particularly well as a small spring or Easter decoration. It may also be used outside in a dry, sheltered setting, but should be brought indoors after use and kept frost-free.
