Choose with its everyday life in mind.
We bring together our own designs and products selected from other makers and suppliers. Usefulness, construction, materials and finish all shape those choices. We favour pieces with a place in daily routines over things chosen only for a passing look.
Linen, cotton, wood, leather, glass and stone appear throughout the boutique. We look beyond the material name to the whole piece: how it is put together, the life it will have in your home and the care it will need along the way.
Make and source with attention.
Our in-house work lets us pay close attention to design, materials and finishing. Alongside it, we choose sourced pieces for their practical value and how they fit the collection.
Knowing the story of a piece makes choosing it easier. Our product information aims to explain what we have made or finished ourselves, what we have sourced, and the materials and care details that matter in daily use.
Protect the order. Reuse what is useful.
An order needs enough protection to arrive in good condition. We aim to avoid unnecessary packaging and use reusable or recyclable materials where practical.
We also reuse suitable protective packaging that has arrived with supplier deliveries. That can include bubble wrap around fragile items. If you find it in a parcel, it may already be on its second journey.
Keep useful boxes and protection for another parcel if you can. When disposing of packaging, separate the materials and check your local collection guidance.
Help the things you buy stay useful.
Choosing a suitable size and material is a good start. After that, following care instructions, storing an item well and dealing with damage promptly can make a difference to how long it remains in use.
Our care guides bring practical advice together. Check each product’s own instructions for its particular finish or construction, and ask us if a detail is unclear before you order.
Keep asking the practical questions.
As the boutique grows, we continue to review what we choose and how we send it. From a useful piece that fits your routine to protective packaging ready for another journey, it is the everyday decisions we want to keep improving.
